Uncle SeanO and Auntie Trish bought Alina a new pool!! She had lots of fun running around and jumping in it and there wasn't even any water in it yet!

The Farm and The Lake

 We went to visit a local farm with some friends where there are a lot of animals for the kids to see and touch!  Here Alina is on the tractor that we rode to the farm.

What A Week!!!

 We made it!

Sean had vacation last week so we headed to the River! Alina only slept for 30 minutes the whole way there, and that was her nap for the day but she did great!

We had an amazing week with beautiful weather every single day and got to spend lots of time with Mimi and Poppy!  Alina wanted Mimi all the time!!

 We all spent a lot of time throwing rocks in the water!  At first she would take any rock, then she wanted us to find very specific colors for her haha

Alina picked these sunglasses out by herself at the store - she pointed to them and said "blue yellow glasses" and then wore them around the store haha

She always wanted to drive the boat, she would say "Alina do it!" and grab the wheel.  If you look closely you can see she is still holding on to her orange rock...that rock made it back home with us!

 She loved going down the fast slide at the park!

 We went for a great hike with some of our friends who came to visit for a few days!

 Another park!

 Alina absolutely LOVED being at the River.  She moved non-stop all day, every day and often didn't even want to eat.  At the end of the day when we were putting her to bed she would always say "busy day! rocks, water, backpack, island, chalk, lawn mower, beach, sand, boat ride.." and list all the things that she did!! On our last full day there she woke up at 5:30 and I brought her into our room to lay in bed with us like we usually do and she fell back asleep until 7:45!! She never does that.  Then she got up for an hour and fell asleep on the couch while reading books (the fact that she wanted to sit and read books was unusual too)! She woke up for another hour or so then fell asleep again!!!  Then she was up for a while but fell asleep briefly on the boat ride home from the beach.  All of us who know Alina well know that she NEVER ever just falls asleep like that.  She was WIPED from her busy week!  (but the next day only slept 50 minutes the whole way home and fought sleep the rest of the way...her eyes were little slits but she kept singing and doing all sorts of random movements in her car seat to stay awake haha!)
